Accommodation in the guest house is possible during the summer season (1.6.-31.10.) and Christmas and New Year season (26.12.-8.1.). Accommodation during off-season is possible only to groups of more than 20 people and in sufficient time. Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Reservation is possible via e-mail or by phone. Binding reservation is only after the down payment or the whole payment not later than 7 days from the confirmation of stay. Payment conditions:
Prices are valid from 01.03.2019.
The guesthouse reserves the right to modify prices.
All prices are including VAT. They are valid after reservation by email and payment 100 % of the stay (if it is not arranged in another way)
Cancelation terms and conditions
If the stay or its part was paid, these conditions are followed:
28 – 15 days – in the amount equal to 30% of the paid payment or down payment
14 – 8 days – in the amount equal to 50% of the paid payment or down payment
7 – 0 days – in the amount equal to 100% of the paid payment or down payment
If the invoice for the guests has already been sent according to previous booking, it is not possible to change it. Cancellation or reduced stay is always needed to announce as soon as possible in written form by e-mail with the name, contact details and date of state. Cancelation fees are defined according to the days. Less than 24 hours before the arrival the changes are not accepted.
If the guest does not keep to the guesthouse´s terms (100% paid stay), the keeper has the right to not accommodate.
